FedEx sues Shamrock Pipe Tools for incurred delivery charges

BATON ROUGE – A Louisiana pipe tools corporation is being sued by FedEx for failure to submit payment for delivery services provided.

FedEx TechConnect Inc. filed a lawsuit against Shamrock Pipe Tools Inc. in the 19th Judicial District Court on Feb. 21. FedEx holds that the defendant owes a total of $11,425.65 in delivery service charges and has refused to pay after amicable demand.

The defendant is accused of failure to submit full payment for services rendered.

The plaintiff is seeking the sum owed plus interest and all reasonable legal costs.

Counsel for the plaintiff is Maryann G. Hoskins of Baton Rouge-based Degan, Blanchard & Nash.

This case has been assigned to Section 25 Judge Wilson Fields.
