Jefferson Parish man alleged to owe more than $25,000

GRETNA – An Orleans Parish business is seeking damages, claiming that a client failed to make payments for services received.

Lowe, Stein, Hoffman, Allweiss & Hauver LLP filed a suit against Steven Young in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 9.

According to the claim, Young is indebted to the plaintiff for a sum of more than $25,000 for services that he failed to make payments on.

The defendant is accused of failure to make payments for services received.

The plaintiff is seeking the amount owed an is represented by Gerald Wasserman and Leonard M. Berins of Gerald Wasserman LLC in Metairie. The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
