Your Preferred Printer LLC claims it was over billed for shop towels

Contract 06

GRETNA – A Louisiana limited liability company is seeking damages, claiming that fraud was committed when it was allegedly over billed for goods not delivered.

Your Preferred Printer LLC filed a suit against G & K Services Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on May 13.

According to the claim, Your Preferred Printer and G & K Services entered into a contractual agreement on April 19, 2010, in which the defendant agreed to supply a specific number of clean shop towels to the plaintiff on a weekly basis. Despite the agreement, however, the suit states that the plaintiff found that between the years of 2010 and 2014, the quantity of towels provided by the defendant was not in compliance with the written agreement, with the defendant over-billing and defrauding the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract, fraud and unfair trade practices.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Jan C. Barras, Raymond G. Areaux and J. Matthew Miller of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn Blossman and Areaux in New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
