MONROE — A cable repair company is suing two Minnesota entities, alleging failure to honor contract obligations for work completed on a cable service project.
Automated Digital Technology LLC filed a lawsuit June 7 in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana Monroe Division against Bailiwick, Inc. & John Brand, alleging breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation.
According to the complaint, ADT sustained damages of costs and unrealized profits and future lost profits. The plaintiff alleges the defendants failed to pay for the work rendered for installing cable service at the CenturyLink Expansion Center in Monroe, leaving a balance of $311,814.45.
Automated Digital Technology seeks a trial by jury, principal damages of $311,814.45, plus attorney fees of $102,898.77, lost profits, bad-faith damages and court costs, plus legal interest.
