By Carrie Bradon | Jul 13, 2016

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man is seeking damages alleging exposure to hazardous material at his former job causing him medical issues.

Omar Pellerano filed a suit against Chevron USA Inc., ConocoPhillips Co., Shell Oil Co., Shell Offshore Inc., Swepi LP, Devon Energy Production Co. LP, Marathon Oil Co., BP Products North America Inc., BP America Production Co., Atlantic Richfield Co., Oxy USA Inc., Packard Pipe Terminals LLC and OFS Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 10.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was employed by AMF Tuboscope Inc. during the years of 1979 to 2004.
