Bank alleges Jefferson Parish customer owes on credit card

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages, claiming that a Jefferson Parish customer failed to make payments on a credit card.

Bank of America filed a suit against Sandra A. Cado in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 24.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant with the understanding that she would pay off the balance of the card in a timely manner, however, the suit states that the defendant failed to pay off a balance of more than $4,000.

The defendant is accused of failure to make payments on her credit card.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,460.12 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth C. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC of New Orleans. The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
