Insurance 02

NEW ORLEANS — A man is seeking damages following a car accident, claiming that his insurance provider has failed to provide him with the necessary obligatory payments.

Patrick J. Constantine filed a suit against Geico Insurance Company, United Services Automobile Association and Chad Youngblood in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on June 28.

According to the claim, the plaintiff was in a car accident on Aug. 7, 2015, which was allegedly the fault of Youngblood. The suit states that the insurance provider to the plaintiff, however, has failed to make the necessary payments to the plaintiff for his damages suffered, despite the necessary proof being provided.

The defendant is accused of negligence through the operation of motor vehicle and failure to deliver the required payments to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. He is represented by Robert McComiskey.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 16-6446.
