Bank alleges Glynn's Plumbing Service did not pay back line of credit

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One National Association claims that a client failed to pay back the credit issued to them.

Capital One National Association filed a suit against Glynn's Plumbing Service LLC and Cornell Williams in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on July 25.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to the defendants for more than $48,000. The suit states that the defendant has since failed to make payments on the line of credit issued by the plaintiff.

The defendants are accused of open account through failing to make payments on the credit issued to them.

The plaintiff is seeking $48,457.63 in damages. It is is represented by Bradly J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
