Bank of America alleges account holder has failed to make payments

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages, claiming that a customer failed to pay the balance on an open account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Jacinta L. Scrutchins in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug.4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued credit to the defendant who has allegedly failed to pay the balance back.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking payment of the full balance of $6,459.79, plus all costs of the suit. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
