Woman allegedly owes Bank of American more than $14,000

GRETNA – Bank of America N.A. claims that a woman allegedly owes more than $14,000 on her account.

Bank of America filed suit against Cynthia M. Patterson in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 4.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff for more than $14,000 in debt.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.
