Middleberg Riddle Group alleges it is owed more than $44,000 for its services

NEW ORLEANS – A law group is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

The Middleberg Riddle Group filed a suit against Revival Development LLC, Michael B. Smuck Jr. and Emile Van Haelen in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on July 6.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued legal services to the defendants but the defendants have thus maintained an open account and has failed to pay off the balance of more than $44,000.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $44,485.18 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Joe Morrell and Charles R. Penot Jr. of the Middleberg Riddle Group in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
