Weider Horizons Investment claims it is owed more than $26,000 for consulting services

NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans individual and corporation is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

F. William Vollenweider and Weider Horizons Investment Corp. filed a suit against Argosy Petroleum Trading LLC, Rudy Terrazas, James Boardman, Victory Resources Inc., Argosy Petroleum Corp. and Spirit Energy Corp. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on June 27.

According to the claim, the defendants are indebted to the plaintiff for more than $26,000 for consulting services provided. The suit states that the defendants have failed to pay despite amicable demands.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $26,505 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Zachary R. Christianssen of the Bowling Law Firm in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A Brown.
