Discover Bank seeks damages for open account

GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Discover Bank filed suit against Amber T. Norris in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the defendant was issued an account by the plaintiff. The suit states that the defendant has incurred more than $2,000 in fees and has failed to make a payment on the account.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking full payment of the balance owed, $2,066.20 plus all costs of the suit, and general and equitable relief. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
