Coleman E. Adler & Sons claims individual owes more than $3,000

NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish business is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from a Metairie individual.

Coleman E. Adler & Sons LLC filed a suit against Bruce Gwyn in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on May 24.

According to the claim, the defendant has maintained an open account against the plaintiff for an amount of more than $3,000, despite demands for the delivery of payment made by the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,151.46 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Laura M. Gillen of Blue Williams in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
