Carecloud Corp. allegedly breached its contract with a physican

GRETNA – A physician has filed suit against a cloud storage service company, claiming it breached its contract after it failed to offer training for the medical clinic staff.

Dr. Ahmed Shanableh and Ahmed M. Shanableh M.D. filed a suit against Carecloud Corp. and XYZ Insurance Co. in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff had been in contact with the defendant for cloud storage of medical records. The suit states that the two parties entered into a contract for this service, but the defendant failed to uphold the contract by failing to deliver the services as promised.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract through false advertising, false representation and fraud.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Cheryl Ann McAnespy-Smith.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz Jr.
