GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Capital One Bank filed a suit against Ariana Huff in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 29.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant for her use. The suit states that the defendant breached her agreement by failing to make payments on a balance of more than $5,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $5,357.21 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
