GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish business is seeking more than $6,000 in allegedly outstanding charges.
Ruelco Inc. filed a suit against WT Petrotech USA Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on Aug. 26.
According to the claim, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for more than $6,600 for outstanding charges from purchasing goods. The suit states that the defendant agreed to pay the balance in a timely manner and has thus failed to do so.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $6,675 in damages. It is represented by Daniel A. Ranson and Ryan C. Higgins of Gaundry, Ranson, Higgins and Gremillion in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
