Jay Trucks Services Inc. alleged to owe more than $73,000

GRETNA – A truck service is being sued for an allegedly open account.

Cobbs, Allen & Hall of Louisiana Inc. filed a suit against Jay Trucks Services Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant, but the defendant has allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff back, despite demands for payment. The defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for more than $73,000.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $73,531.49 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Kevin W. Hammond of Shreveport.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
