GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for an open account.
JH Portfolio Debt Equities LLC filed a suit against Rosa LeBlanc in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 7.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant the ability to obtain goods and or services with a credit card; however, the plaintiff has failed to pay off a balance of more than $7,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
