NEW ORLEANS – A limited liability company is seeking damages following the sale of a property and alleged breach of contract.

The defendants are accused of breach of contract, negligence and detrimental reliance.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Michael L. DeShazo and Aaron N. Maples of Kinney, Ellinghausen, Richard and DeShazo in New Orleans.
