NEW ORLEANS – A medical center is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from a New Orleans man.
HMA Santa Rosa Med Center LLC, doing business as Santa Rosa Medical Center, filed a suit against Christopher M. Benton in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Sept. 2.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant which the defendant has allegedly failed to pay for thus far.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $3,484.22 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by W. Simmons Sandoz of Sandoz Law Offices in Opelousas.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
