Capital One Bank claims it is owed more than $2,400 on open account

GRETNA – A lawsuit filed by Capital One Bank seeks more than $2,400 from a customer.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Catherine Johnson in the 24th Judicial District Court on Feb. 8.

According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendant use of more than $2,400 which the defendant has allegedly failed to pay off.

The defendant is accused of not paying the plaintiff on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking repayment and is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch, Randall C. Roth and Blake J. Guidry.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 757747.
