GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking damages over claims that a New Orleans customer failed to pay off a credit card balance.
Discover Bank filed a suit against Kenneth Stock, also known as Kenneth Dean Stock, in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 6.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued two credit cards to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of both cards.
The plaintiff is seeking $24,026.10 in damages for both cards. The plaintiff is represented by Everette C. Altdoerffer and Peter S. Thriffiley of Edmond, Oklahoma.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
