NEW ORLEANS – A sporting goods company alleges an Orleans Parish business has not paid for goods supplied.
Easton Baseball/Softball Inc. filed a suit against Piranha Holding Co., doing business as A-N-I Sports, and Michael Barnes in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 24.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered goods to the defendants that were valued at the amount of more than $15,000. The suit states that the defendant has failed to complete payment on the items delivered.
The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $15,250.77 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
