NEW ORLEANS – A jeweler alleges a Mississippi woman has not paid off a balance.
Ricarde Jewelers Inc., doing business as Jack Sutton Fine Jewelry, filed a suit against Sheila Martin in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 28.
According to the claim, the defendant purchased items from the plaintiff and has not paid off the balance in full. The suit states more than $19,000 is still owed.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $19,588.13 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by W. Patrick Klotz of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
