Capital One Bank claims more than $4,000 is owed on credit card account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Vickie L. Davis in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 9.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that despite using the card for more than $4,900 in purchases, the defendant failed to pay off the balance on the card.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,970.81 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
