Coburn Supply Co. Inc. alleges GPS Plumbing has not paid for delivered supplies

GRETNA – A Lafayette supply company is seeking damages for an allegedly open account from a Jefferson Parish company.

Coburn Supply Co. Inc. filed a suit against GPS Plumbing LLC, also known as Greg's Plumbing Service, and Gloria Reyes in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 15.

According to the claim, the plaintiff sold equipment to the defendants between May and June of 2015. The suit states that despite making amicable demands, the defendants have failed to pay the plaintiff for the supplies.

The defendants are accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $6,077.91 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Creighton B. Abadie of Lindsay and Abadie in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
