GRETNA – A Metairie resident is accused of not paying off the balance on a store account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit against Christina Prather in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 15.
According to the claim, the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for more than $2,900 on an Old Navy account. The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking $2,999.03 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour, Sean McAllister and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
