Capital One Bank is seeking damages for an allegedly open account

GRETNA – Capital One Bank claims that a man owes nearly $5,000.

Capital One Bank filed a suit against Travis Q. Bourgeois in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 7.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance of more than $4,900.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $4,902.83 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A Miller.
