NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he was injured in an auto accident.
Ernest Chandonnet filed a suit against Alex J. Sfamurri and USAA Insurance Agency Inc. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 10.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle that was being driven by another individual on Nov. 22, 2015. The suit states that the plaintiff was injured when the vehicle was rear-ended by Sfamurri while stopped at a traffic light at on Tchoupitoulas Street.
Sfamurri is accused of negligence through failing to control the motor vehicle.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by William J. Jung III. Robert J. Diliberto and Damon A. Kirin of Diliberto & Kirin LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
