NEW ORLEANS – A St. Charles rental company alleges a Baton Rouge company has not paid it for services provided.
Neff Rental LLC filed a suit against Woodrow Wilson Construction LLC, formerly known as Woodrow Wilson Construction Co. Inc., in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 21.
According to the claim, the plaintiff supplied materials to the defendant between July 2015 and March 2016. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make payment to the plaintiff for the goods supplied. The plaintiff is allegedly owed more than $15,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $15,726 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Anthony J. Milazzo Jr. of Hebbler & Giordano LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
