GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish man claims that a promissory note was not paid off.
Christian Comarda filed a suit against Evelyn Venturatos & Greg Venturatos in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 29.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note that was issued by the defendants in May 2014. The suit states that the defendants have failed to make payments on the promissory note.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the promissory note.
The plaintiff is seeking $190,000 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Wilbur J. Babin Jr. of The Derbes Law Firm in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
