Bruce A. Beard, Beard’s Aircraft Services and ABC insurance company
alleging that defendants Beard and/or Beard’s Aircraft alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on June 15, 2009, McFarland purchased a 1951 Cessna and that on Nov. 10, 2015, defendants Beard and/or Beard’s Aircraft installed an Electronics International CGR 30P engine monitor/analyzer to the Cesna. On Nov. 24, 2015, the suit states Beard was the pilot-in-charge of the aircraft when it crash landed and was rendered total loss. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for all damages, costs of these proceedings and for all equitable relief that is reasonable. He is represented by Michael D. Ferachi and C. Kieffer Petree of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC in Baton Rouge.
