Scottsdale Insurance Co., as subrogee of/and David and Diana Quintana, filed a suit against Eletrolux Inc., Electrolux Corp., Electrolux USA Inc., Electrolux Warranty Corp., Shaun Abreu and Salvadore Torrez in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 9.

According to the claim, the plaintiffs were the owners of a property located at 1216 Adams St. #18 in New Orleans.
