Wells Fargo alleges promissory note customer owes more than $140,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo is suing a customer, alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.

Wells Fargo Bank NA, as trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, filed a suit Dec.6 against Clyde Frank Brown, also known as Clyde F. Brown, also known as Clyde Brown, in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to execute payment on a promissory note.

According to the claim, Wells Fargo plaintiff is holder of a promissory note issued by Brown. The note's original amount was for more than $120,000 and the defendant has allegedly failed to pay off the balance of $143,825.32.

Wells Fargo Bank seeks all owed money, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Corey J. Giroir and Herschel C. Adcock Jr. of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge. 

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767159.
