ASI Federal Credit Union seeks damages for missing funds

GRETNA – A credit union is seeking funds after they went missing.

ASI Federal Credit Union filed a suit against Leotran Armored Security LLC, Leonard Tolleson and other unidentified individuals in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the defendants picked up money from an ATM on Dec. 10, 2015. The suit states that those funds went missing and that the defendant failed to return the funds.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and conversion.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Sarah F. Stogner of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767280.
