Jefferson Parish residents allegedly owe for unpaid promissory note

GRETNA – A loan company is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note for a property in Jefferson Parish.

Bayview Loan Servicing LLC filed a suit against Timothy F. Gaspard, also known as Timothy Gaspard, and Latonya Dillon Gaspard, also known as Latonya D. Gaspard, also known as Latonya Gaspard in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note that the defendant failed to pay off. The plaintiff is seeking payment of the promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Corey J. Giroir of the Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
