NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish web developer is suing an event management company, citing alleged breach of contract.
Cherry Cappel filed a suit against Premier Event Management LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement in which the plaintiff agreed to render her web development services for a certain fee. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff in a timely manner and demanded that the plaintiff continue to allow the company to use her work.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Galen M. Hair, Sarah M. Kalis and John E. Bicknell of Veradi, Hair & Checki LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Regina Bartholomew Woods.
