NEW ORLEANS – A financial firm is suing an Orleans Parish customer, alleging failure to pay more than $29,000.
120 West Partners LLC filed a lawsuit Dec. 12 against Gloria Rainey in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging breach of contract.
According to the claim, 120 West entered into a shoring agreement with Rainey, but she has failed to pay the $29,955 that was promised.
120 West Partners seeks the money owed, court costs and attorney fees. It is represented by attorney Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
