Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $1,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $1,000.

Capital One Bank NA filed a suit against Luna Rabalais of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 16, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Rabalais who has failed to pay off $1,508.87 in charges. 

Capital One Bank seeks the money owed, plus court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767522.
