Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $4,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more more than $4,000.

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit Dec. 19 against Michael K. France in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to France that was used for $4,368.37 in purchases and never paid back.

Capital One seeks all money owed, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767595.
