Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $7,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $7,000

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit against Shannon L. McDaniel Dec. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open credit card account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to McDaniel who has failed to pay off $7,771.48 in charges.

Capital One Bank seeks the owed sums, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys from Couch, Corville & Blitt LLC.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
