Mississippi law firm seeks more than $71,000, alleging breach of contract

NEW ORLEANS – A Mississippi law firm is seeking damages of more than $71,000, alleging breach of contract.

Forman Watkins & Krutz LLP of Jackson, Mississippi, filed a lawsuit Dec. 20 against The Strategy Collective LLC of New York in Orleans Parish Civil District Court.

According to the claim, Forman Watkins & Krutz is owed $71,738.28 by the defendant. for legal services. The Strategy Collective has failed to pay the plaintiff what they owe, thus breaching the contract.
