NEW ORLEANS – An Orleans Parish man is seeking damages following a car accident.
Willie Ivery Jr. filed a suit Dec. 19 against State Far Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Irene Andrade and Progressive Security Insurance Company in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court.
According to the claim, Ivery was caused monetary and physical damages Dec. 20, 2015, when Irene Andrade failed to take proper care and collided with the plaintiff's car. The defendant is accused of negligence through failing to keep a watchful eye, failing to yield and reckless driving.
The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages. He is represented by attorney Brian King.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Regina Bartholomew Woods.
