Capital One Bank alleges credit card customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $3,000 from a delinquent credit card customer.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Dec. 21 against Ahtizaz Awan in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit card to Awan who has used the card to make $3,007.25 in charges and purchases without paying off the balance.

Capital One seeks $3,007.25 in damages plus any interest accrued. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
