Financial business alleges loan customer owes more than $20,000

NEW ORLEANS – A financial business is suing a loan customer, alleging she owes more than $22,000.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 3 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Latiaya Henderson of New Orleans, alleging an open account.

According to the complaint, Henderson was issued a consumer loan by WebBank. The suit states Henderson defendant became indebted to Cach for $22,853.11 in charges and has failed to pay off the balance due.

Cach seeks the money due, all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division E Judge Clare Jupiter.
