GRETNA – A financial corporation is suing a promissory note customer, alleging she owes more than $135,000.
Pacific Union Financial LLC filed a suit Jan. 9 against Miesha K. Jackson in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to keep up with payments.
According to the claim, Pacific Union is the holder of a promissory note for the principal amount of $141,391. The suit states Jackson has failed to pay what was agreed to and is still indebted to the plaintiff for $135,272.17, plus interest.
Pacific Union Financial seeks all sums due plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney J. Donald Morgan of Kizer, Hood, and Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
