Financial business alleges loan customer owes nearly $21,000

NEW ORLEANS – A financial business is suing a loan customer, alleging he owes nearly $21,000.

NEW ORLEANS – A financial business is suing a loan customer, alleging he owes nearly $21,000.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 3 against Faris Altikriti in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay. 

According to the complaint, Altikriti was issued a consumer loan by WebBank and he is is indebted to Cach for $20,783.32.

Cach seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Fla.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.

Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case number 17-18.
