Truck business alleges customer never paid for repairs

GRETNA – A truck business is suing a customer, alleging it never paid for repairs.

ITA Truck Sales & Service LLC filed a suit Jan. 18 against We Transit LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court,  alleging an open account.

According to the claim, ITA performed repairs for We Transit but the defendant has failed to pay the balance of fees for $10,718.70 after nearly a year from the first invoice.

ITA Truck Sales and Service seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is is represented by attorney Christopher D. Schouest of Lafayette.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768234.
