By Carrie Bradon | Jan 26, 2017

GRETNA – Ford is suing a Lafourche Parish customer, alleging he owes nearly $13,000.

Ford Motor Credit Company LLC filed a suit Jan. 20 against David R. Hodges in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay an installment agreement.

According to the claim, Ford was the holder of a retail installment contract that was executed by Hodges and obligated him to make regular payments on a 2011 Ford F-150. The suit says Hodges is still indebted to the plaintiff for $12,758.57, plus interest.

Ford seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Keith M. Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
